I build media teams and formats for esports audiences.

I work with esports clubs, iGaming launches, tournament operators, and media channels that need content to hold up under real production pressure. My responsibility is the full chain: the brief, player access, shoot flow, edit direction, publishing rhythm, reporting, and the people who make it happen.

I started in SMM at 13, handled live broadcast operations around The International by 20, and moved into department-level roles across production, digital content, community, and launch media. The work below shows the range: player-led YouTube, same-day event coverage, international community rebuilding, broadcast operations, and Telegram growth consulting.

  • Aurora Gaming Creative Producer, 25.02.2025 - Current. I lead format development, player-facing shoots, edit direction, publishing, and performance review for CS2 and Dota 2 YouTube.
  • CHEXX Head of Media, 05.01.2026 - Current. I built and operate a five-person media team across social, video, motion, photography, analytics, live events, and leadership reporting.
  • AMKAL Head of Digital Content & Community, 09.12.2024 - 31.01.2026. I rebuilt English-speaking community work across X, TikTok, Shorts, SFM, and reactive social formats.
  • FISSURE Esports Talent Operations Lead, 12.05.2023 - 02.02.2024. I coordinated a 30+ bilingual broadcast roster, Valve reporting, live QA, and stakeholder operations.
  • CSNews Media Group Marketing Consultant, 01.02.2025 - 02.02.2026. I consulted DotaNews and CS2News on Telegram positioning, daily attention loops, and subscriber growth.

Shoots and formats built around real player access

Aurora Gaming

Dota and CS2 players with kittens

A charity shoot with shelter coordination, player comfort, and a calm set for animals and talent.

Aurora Gaming

Players Google Themselves

A simple studio setup that lets players react to real searches, old clips, and their own public lore.

Chess x Dota

Ian Nepomniachtchi hand and brain

A crossover table format where the chess guest and Dota players had room to think, joke, and miss.

Germany bootcamp

German Laws

A bootcamp-side comedy piece built from local rules, player guesses, and quick reaction editing.

Fast platform-native posts that still sound like the team

AMKAL / matchday social

Live post loop, cut for AMKAL feeds

AMKAL / reactive post

Victory graphic loop, published fast

The work moved quickly, but it was not empty trend chasing. Posts were cut for the platform, checked against team voice, and reviewed by retention, comments, and repeat use after matchdays.

A production rhythm from brief to published post

01

Before the shoot

Set the goal, write the brief, align access, plan the set, and make sure players know what will happen.

02

During production

Keep the room moving, protect player energy, catch useful moments, and give editors enough context to cut fast.

03

After publish

Read performance, collect comments, report clearly, and turn what worked into the next brief.

Build the next format people actually finish watching.

Bring a roster, a brand, or a broadcast that needs a production system around it — and a reason people should keep watching after the first beat.
